The Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce is offering a two part educational series to help Chamber Member businesses identify what is working and what is not working with their customer service.

This will be a two part workshop presented by Gayle E. Lash of Lash Internet Marketing Services, and John P. McHugh of Winning Workforce.

Session 1 - May 3:  Engage in Proactive Customer Service or Lose Customers

Session 2 - May 24:  Engage in the Proactive Selection of the Right People or Lose Customers

Both workshops will be held from 8:00 - 10:30 am at the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, 637 First Street, Santa Rosa.
