|Spring Farm to Table Dinner|
Join us for the spring edition of our quarterly Farm-to-Table Dinners. This dinner is a unique and special occasion when we offer guests an in-depth look at Quivira’s farming practices, winemaking, wines and other amazing estate features. Upon your arrival, pick up a glass of wine, grab a few items from the garden to be prepared with dinner, and then head off on a personal tour of the estate. Farm Manager Andrew Beedy will talk about the various types of animals and organic vegetables before you’ll wander over to visit with Ruby, our resident feral pig. Then travel into the vineyards and learn about our Biodynamic winegrowing philosophies from Assistant Winegrower Ned Horton. As the sun goes down, join us to dine al fresco in the garden. Enjoy a farm-to-table dinner, cooked by local chef Joe Rueter, paired with Quivira’s limited production wines. Winemaker Hugh Chappelle will give his insights into each wine throughout dinner and you will have the opportunity to purchase these special wines that night.
