EQUUS Awards: Spurs and Tiaras!
The 'Oscars' for the local Horse Community
Event Description

The EQUUS AWARDS are a unique feature in the equestrian calendar, where people from across the many different equine disciplines meet together to honor outstanding individuals, whose contributions have changed the landscape of the local community.  Truly, the spectrum runs from ‘Spurs to Tiaras’! The Sonoma County Horse Council, was founded in 1993 to be the central organization to advocate for horse owners and businesses and to protect their mutual interests. The SCHC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to: Promote and preserve the horse in agriculture, industry and recreation for Sonoma County; Inform the public about horse community goals and projects; Support private and public equestrian facilities and to Promote all aspects of the equine industry.
