Silverado Resort and Spa invites locals and visitors alike to celebrate the spring holidays with a festive three-course St. Patrick’s Day menu in The Grill at Silverado prepared by the resort's Chef Pablo Jacinto. The special St. Patrick’s Day Menu, available on Saturday, March 17, includes Beer Steamed PEI Mussels with shallots, bay leaf, and grilled bread; Guinness Braised Corned Beef with cabbage, carrots, new potatoes, and whole grain mustard sauce; and Buttermilk Lemon Pudding with whipped cream and fresh mint. The dinner is priced at $44 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Dinner for two with a sommelier selected bottle of white or red wine is priced at $115, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Irish Beer is also available, including pitchers of Green Beer for $16, pints of Green Beer for $4, and Guinness for $6.
