UNTETHERED: New Work by Greg Martin
Exhibition of new paintings by Greg Martin
483 Magnolia Avenue, Larkspur, CA 94939
Event Description

Martin's highly detailed style puts his work within the realm of classical realism while his offbeat compositions create surreal environments that draw you in. Structured and focused, his art is also expansive and open to interpretation- encouraging you to find your own meaning within the ambiguity.

Greg Martin has been painting professionally since 1997. His work has been exhibited nationally in galleries and museums that include, The Oakland Museum of California, The San Diego Museum of Art and The Masur Museum of Art. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Marin Magazine, Edible Austin, Edible Marin & Wine Country and Paicific Discovery Magazine. In April, his painting High Plains won Marin Magazine's 2012 "Get Covered!" contest and will be featured on the May Cover. Greg is a University of California Santa Cruz graduate and Marin County native. He lives with his family in San Anselmo, California.
