San Francisco's Only Luxury Waterfront Hotel Announces Unforgettable New Year's Experience: La Festa di San Francisco, An Italian-inspired New Year's Eve Celebration at Hotel Vitale Hotel Vitale Invites Bay Area Locals and Visitors to Americano Executive Chef Kory Stewart's Five-Course Dinner Party followed by New Year's Eve Dance Party and Fireworks Spectacular from Hotel Vitale's Prime Waterfront Location Hotel Vitale, San Francisco's only luxury waterfront hotel, invites Bay Area locals and visitors to join in an unforgettable New Year's experience at La Festa di San Francisco, An Italian-inspired New Year's Eve Celebration at Hotel Vitale, on Monday, December 31. In the spirit of Italy's traditional New Year's celebration, La Festa di San Francisco, An Italian-Inspired New Year's Eve Celebration at Hotel Vitale begins with a dinner party for friends and family. The New Year's Eve Dinner features a five-course menu of soulful, handcrafted Italian cuisine created by Americano Executive Chef Kory Stewart, paired with wines. Offered in seatings at 6 and 7 p.m., the dinner begins with a celebratory flute of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne and a first course of Mozzarella Buratta with Horseradish Marinated Beets; followed by a second course of Maine Diver Scallop and Blue Prawn Sausage with Citrus, Oil-cured Olives, and Avocado; and a third course of Pumpkin and Mascarpone Tortellini with Black Truffles. The main course features Chef Kory's Red Wine-braised Short Ribs and Grilled Ribeye with Sunchoke Soubise, Black Trumpet Mushrooms, and Salmoriglio. After the savory courses, guests are offered an Orange Creamsicle and Champagne Float, followed by Chocolate Budino for dessert. At 9 p.m., the celebration continues as dinner guests and newly arriving revelers gather at Hotel Vitale for part two of La Festa di San Francisco: the New Year's Eve Dance Party. It's time to dance, eat, drink, and get ready for the New Year's countdown, with an open full bar featuring premium spirits; passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres; upgraded bottle service is available; New Year's party favors; and a live DJ spinning irresistible dance music. At Hotel Vitale, guests have the opportunity to enjoy one of the best spots in San Francisco to view the New Year's fireworks spectacular - another similar hallmark of Italy's New Year's celebration. La Festa di San Francisco, An Italian-Inspired New Year's Eve Celebration at Hotel Vitale includes three options to ring in 2013 at Hotel Vitale: the New Year's Eve Dinner, at $150.00 per person; the New Year's Eve Dance Party, at $149.00 per person (with "early bird" pricing available for $99.00 each until October 31 and $129.00 each until November 30); and the combined New Year's Eve Dinner and Dance Party, at $249.00 per person.
