What: NAPA VALLEY ELVIS FESTIVAL When: Saturday Mar 23 2013 Where: Napa Marriott Grand Ballroom, 3425 Solano Avenue Napa, CA 94558 (707) 253-8600 How: www.eventbrite.com Why: The Napa Valley Elvis Festival is to celebrate the 1961 film that Elvis filmed with Hope Lange and Millie Perkins in the Napa Valley. 11:30 am: The day’s events start off with a showing of WILD IN THE COUNTRY which Elvis filmed right here in Napa and St Helena in 1961 with Hope Lange and Millie Perkins. 1:30 pm: After WILD IN THE COUNTRY, the festival will be entertained by musician Ian Fraser-Thomson. 3:00 pm: Donny Edwards, world-famous Elvis Tribute Artist, takes the stage at 3PM for a matinee show.
