Event Description

Deborah Voigt is one of the preeminent dramatic sopranos performing today. In 2012, she earned rave reviews for her portrayal of Brünnhilde in Wagner’s Ring Cycle at the Met, as well as her lead role in Annie Get Your Gun at the Glimmerglass Festival. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton, and got her start at the San Francisco Opera’s Merola program.

“Ms. Voigt, clearly in her prime, is astonishing. Her sound is at once earthen and gleaming...simply glorious.”
