Seghesio Chefs Summer Dinner Series
Seghesio Family Vineyards
The Seghesio Family Vineyards Chef’s Summer Dinner Series, a one-of-a-kind wine and food experience, offers guests the opportunity to dine and savor wines at their source — among the vines of the historic properties where they’re grown. The Chef’s Summer Dinner Series, hosted by members of the Seghesio family, continue the winery’s long tradition of sharing wine and food with friends and family.
The first dinner of the series will take place on Saturday, June 8 at the Passalacqua Ranch & San Lorenzo, the oldest site Seghesio farms. Guests will be shuttled from the winery to the Passalacqua Ranch/San Lorenzo, Alexander Valley site to enjoy special wines from the Seghesio library and seasonal menus prepared by Executive Chef Peter Janiak, formerly of San Francisco’s Boulevard and Presidio Social Club. Menu highlights include Sonoma County Beef Carpaccio with avocado, sweet 100 cherry tomatoes and ricotta salata paired with 2011 Dutton Manzana Pinot Noir; Grilled Prawns with English pea risotto with sea urchin butter paired with 2011 Barbera; and Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon with green garlic potato puree, Zuckerman Farm asparagus, and morel cream paired with a vertical of Old Vine Zinfandel and a surprise library vintage of San Lorenzo. Menus and wines are subject to change due to location of dinner.
The Chef’s Summer Dinner Series is limited to 50 guests per event. Each event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $200 per person and $175 for Centennial Club members (two per membership). For more information or to purchase tickets, please email email@example.com or call (707) 395-3609.
