The Northern California Engineering Contractors Association (ECA) is holding its Fourth Annual Latinos in the Workplace workshop, titled “What Employers and Supervisors Need to Know” on Thursday, March 12, 2009, at the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country Hotel in Santa Rosa, 7:30 a.m. to noon. Breakfast served at 8:00 a.m.
This year’s workshop is designed to educate North Bay employers on connecting through education and communication with the growing Latino workforce. A panel of experts will cover trends of Latinos in the workplace, educational challenges with a diversified workforce, communication tips and techniques and legal requirements.
Fee: $50.00
