POWERFIT'S TURKEY TROT CHALLENGE !!

TIME/DATE: THANKSGIVING MORNING

LOCATION: POWERFIT, 10 ENTERPRISE DR., ROHNERT PARK, CA

Powerfit Personal Training is having a Turkey Trot Challenge Thanksgiving morning from 8am-9am for only $40. 100% of the money goes to helping Lawrence Jones Middle School. The Turkey Trot Challenge will be a 5K Challenge and will start in the PIT.

***PIT - Personal Interval Training: A circuit that involves a mixture of resistance, core, reaction, and stabilization training. There are 12 one minute stations, with a 15 second rest period between stations. One lap is completed in 15 minutes.***

5K Running Course: 1 lap in the PIT* 1.55 mile run* 1 lap in the PIT* 1.55 mile run*

(If you are up for a little additional challenge add one more lap in the PIT)
