Most HR practitioners have the best of intentions, but have never been taught how to define and frame HR problems to get the attention, buy-in, budget, and support from their CEOs or executive teams. Learn how to use the Problem Definition Technique to frame your current, real-life problems so that your CEO, or whomever you need approval from, can't ignore the problem. This is a hands-on workshop. Come with a list of your current challenges and be prepared to work in small groups.
