The Method Behind the Magic: Fostering Commitment (vs. Compliance) in Times of Change

This workshop explores what can happen when you begin a change initiative with the structured process of Action Research. Attend to learn its distinct steps, its ground rules and why it produces such significant improvements in morale and productivity - when correctly done. Attend also to learn why senior leadership must be fully committed to the process and how to avoid common mis-steps that can cause more damage than good.
