Fundraising Without Freaking Out
The workshop will demystify the process
Event Description

Does the thought of asking donors for contributions to your agency seem like a daunting task? Do you keep putting donor calls at the bottom of your to-do list? Do you feel tongue-tied, awkward, and/or ineffective when you ask donors for money? This highly interactive and pragmatic workshop is designed to get nonprofit board members and staff involved actively in fundraising by showing you how many ways it can be done - and how easy and efficient it can be to ask for money. The workshop will demystify the process, change your attitudes about the nature and value of fundraising, help you overcome your fears, give you the basic tools for successful donor fundraising, and show you how fundraising is based on your own passion for your organization’s mission and goals.
