Santa Rosa, CA (February 19, 2016) -- Join Wine County Chefs of Tomorrow and the Sonoma County Lodging Association on Thursday, April 21st at 5:30pm at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa to benefit 9 local youth culinary art programs. This unique event partners culinary students with local chefs for an entertaining evening fired up with a tasty appetizers competition, amazing travel opportunities in the live and silent auctions, and the opportunity to ensure that culinary programs survive and thrive in local schools.
Each of the schools have been paired with an executive chef and together they will conceive, source, prepare and serve delectable appetizers in hopes of winning the coveted People's Choice Award. Guests will vote for their favorite appetizers. Thanks to Rocky The Free Range Chicken, poultry will be one of the featured ingredients.
