Both dinners conclude with our annual ballroom celebration with midnight sparkling toast and balloon drop.
“Taste of the World” Dinner – Carneros Ballroom, 7 p.m.
Remember your favorite vacation spot from 2016 or make plans for 2017 as you taste through cuisine from around the world. Our culinary team has trained and lived around the world and this menu is inspired by their travels with dishes from throughout Asia, Italy, France, the Mediterranean and South America. The United States and its culinary traditions have not been forgotten with recipes inspired by Texas BBQ, New Orleans, Napa and the bountiful oceans off our coastline. Throughout the dinner you can enjoy speaking with our culinary team as they serve you, while enjoying live jazz music.
$175 per person (includes dinner and dessert, 1 glass of red, white or sparkling wine, live music, and Meritage Ballroom NYE Celebration. Additional wine by the glass or bottle and a cash bar will be available).
