Mark your calendar. Bring your friends! Get ready for Sonoma County Art Trails the second and third weekends in October! For over three decades Art Trails has been Sonoma County’s premiere juried open studio tour. Begin your Art Trails experience Thursday September 28th as Sonoma County Art Trails Preview Exhibit opens at the Sebastopol Center for the Arts from 6pm to 8pm. Preview the 141 artists’ work that includes painting, print-making, sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts, fine jewelry, art glass, mixed media, woodwork and photography. Then plan your October 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd tour where you EXPLORE your way across scenic Sonoma County; ENGAGE directly with the artists; and COLLECT some wonderful art!
During the Art Trails weekends blue signs lead the way to each artists’ studio throughout Sonoma County, Petaluma to Healdsburg and Sonoma to Bodega Bay. Complimentary full-color Art Trails Collector’s Guides with maps and artists’ information are available at galleries, cafes and shops throughout Sonoma County, on-line at www.sonomacountyarttrails.org or by calling 707-829-4797.
