Romantic, Impressionist and Contemporary Art Songs and Arias

Featuring:

Caroluna - soprano
Jennifer M. Lee - piano
Lewis Patzner - cello
Sara Chazin - violin

Performing grand opera arias favorites from the masters including Puccini, Mozart, Bellini, Bizet, and evocative art songs and lieder from Schumann, Satie, Debussy and more!

CAROLUNA
Avant-garde soprano, composer, and video artist, Caroluna performs classical, opera, jazz, cabaret, electronica, and world music. She has performed as a soloist at the XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin, Italy, at Grace Cathedral, Herbst Theater, The Fillmore, and at many other venues and music festivals both nationally and internationally. She produced and performed "Poems of Ecstasy," a visual music program of 20th century French Classical music for the Oakland Lyric Opera, and recently produced and performed "ROMANTICA, French and Italian Love Songs and Arias" at the Fenix with Pianist Allison Lovejoy. She performed the lead role, Constanze (Mozart's wife) in the chamber opera, "Scenes from Mozart's life" for the Contemporary Opera Marin as part of the "Music from Marin Summer Festival 2016. She's a featured soloist with the Musical Art Quintet and the Classical Revolution orchestra.
Moon Songs is one of Caroluna's current projects, performing songs about the moon on full moon nights. Her debut album "Sacred Love Songs" is a world music project which she composed and produced. It's available on Bandcamp.
