The Museum of Sonoma County is proud to participate in Museum Day! Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. The Museum Day ticket provides free admission for two people on Saturday, September 21, 2019. This year, the Museum of Sonoma County celebrates 10 years as a Smithsonian Affiliate! As an Affiliate museum, we are part of a network of more than 200 organizations that collaborate with the Smithsonian – and with each other – to create experiences that educate and inspire. By sharing our collective resources with communities near and far, we create a greater impact on those we serve.
