Comedy for a Cause with America’s Got Talent, finalist, comedian Vicki Barbolak and friends to raise funds for Bodega Bay Fire
Join us for the Second Annual Comedy for a Cause with Vicki Barbolak from America’s Got Talent & Friends, featuring Betsy Salkind, actress, comedian and script writer, Bay Area comedian, Phil Griffiths and Lou Brockman on the Piano on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at The Yacht Club at Bodega Harbour located at 565 Smith Brothers Road in beautiful Bodega Bay.

According to Bodega Bay Fire Chief, Sean Grinnell, “Events like Comedy for a Cause give the community a chance to both have a good time and support the District at the same time. Those who attend can be assured that the money will be put to good use. It will allow the District to maintain, and perhaps, enhance its service levels. Those of us who work hard to protect our residents and visitors are grateful for those of you who support us through events like this.”
There will also be a raffle and live auction.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $115 each: Enjoy a private dinner with Vicki prior to the show and have front of the house seats. Doors open at 5:30 pm, dinner begins at 6:00 pm. One drink from the bar included.
Show Only tickets are $50 each: Come early and enjoy a drink from the cash bar (first drink on us). Doors open at 6:30 pm, the show starts at 8:00 pm.

About Vicki Barbolak
Vicki was a TOP 10 finalist and fan favorite on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Howie Mandel told Vicki and America, “I think you just came up with your own sitcom, you’re wonderful I love you.” And Simon said, “I think you’re the best comedian we’ve had on this show.” She was also featured on season 1 of America’s Got Talent, The Champions in 2019. Vicki was also chosen to compete on the first season of Britain’s Got Talent, The Champions. Over the past 20 plus years, Vicki has been named a member of Jay Leno’s NBC Laugh Squad, Won Funniest Mom In America on Nick @ Nite, and E! Television in the True Story of the Comedy Store named Vicki to be the Next Breakout Star to come from The Comedy Store.
About Betsy Salkind
Betsy Salkind is an actress, comedian, writer and former drummer for the PhenoBarbiDolls. She was also a staff writer for Saturday Night Special and Roseanne (the sitcom), and a joke writer for Anthony Robbins. She is perhaps best known for her squirrel impression, but refuses to be pigeonholed as a squirrel.
About Phil Griffiths
As far as mid-life crisis go, Phil Griffiths wife stacks his career in stand up comedy as better than a drug addiction but worse than him having a mistress. He performed in the Comedy Centrals 2019 Clusterfest Bay Area Showcase, 2019 Westside Comedy Showdown, 2018 & 2017 SF Sketchfest and was a top ten finalist in the 2016 San Francisco Comedy Competition. Phil is a regular at the San Francisco and Sacramento Punch Line and other clubs. He also hosts and produces Comedy Sharks, a successful comedy showcase in Half Moon Bay, CA.
