Speaker: Pat Sharp, Programs Chair for the Peninsula Chapter of the NCHRA, has worked in consulting roles in staffing and technology for over 20 years. She played an instrumental HR role in Deloitte's national technology center in Nashville, TN and has worked with HR technology for over 15 years and is a recognized thought leader on digital communities in the workplace.
