Scheduled for Feb. 18 at Embassy Suites

 

Novato, CA—February 8, 2010—Circle Bank, Sunbelt Business Advisors and Ghirardo CPA will co-host a seminar to discuss the ins and outs of buying or selling a business.  The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Rafael.

 

The event, part of a series of conferences put on by the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, will cost $35 and include a buffet lunch.  Reservations can be made through Jennifer Clark at the Chamber (454-4163) or on the Chamber website (www.sanrafaelchamber.com).

 

Speakers will be:

·       Paul Breimayer, director business consulting for Ghirardo CPA

·       John Connelly, vice president of small business lending at Circle Bank, and

·       Al Statz, president of Sunbelt Business Advisors.

 

The discussion will include insights into key questions that face business owners who are contemplating the acquisition or sale of their operations.
