On Sunday, April 18, local farms will open their gates and barnyard doors to offer a behind-the-scenes peek at Sonoma County's finest food and agriculture.  Visit your neighborhood farmers for a sample spring's and enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life. Purchase your farm passport at - $25. per vehicle or $10. per person advanced purchase. Proceeds support local farmers. Rain or Shine .
