Event Description

Climate Protection Campaign is  hosting a free community gathering, Wednesday, May 26th @ the Glaser Center, 547 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa from 5:30 pm to 7:30pm.  The topic is "Climate Solutions at the End of our Forks."  Hope Bohanec of In Defense of Animals will desribe how we can shrink our carbon footprint through dietary choices.

Co-sponsors of this forum are the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy, Daily Acts, GoLocal, and the Seventh Principle Working Group of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation Santa Rosa.

These community gatherings are potluck style.  For fun and a  sense of community, attendees are asked to bring something to share--finger food or something to drink such as wine or beer.
