Northgate kicks off its 1^st Annual Summer Concert Series, Concerts Under the Oak, beginning this month in the Oak Plaza next to Kohl’s.  A different regional band will be showcased each month along with a different Northgate restaurant featuring a custom menu of items for purchase. In addition, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse will have one of their signature beers available for $5 a glass for those 21 and over.  25% of the proceeds from the food and beverage sales will be donated to MarinLink and Promenade Celebration to help continue building the Promenade on the perimeter of Northgate.  A limited number of seats will be provided, but do encourage people to bring their own seating, too.
