Leading Sonoma County business strategy advisor Mary Luttrell, a Certified Mangement Consultant, will be the featured speaker for a workshop sponsored by GoLocal Sonoma County.  In these challenging times, "business as usual" may no longer be viable.  The workshop will be an introduction and overview to the key issues involved and the methods companies can use to reinvent all or part of their businesses, create new business models and the innovative thinking that's required.
