Taste of Place- Sausage Making Class & Lunch
Sausage Making Class
Quivira Vineyards
Event Description

A Taste of Place is our new quarterly series where guests are immersed in the local culture of wine and food. Join us to explore the uniqueness of our Wine Creek Ranch property and learn why we’re so passionate about drinking and eating locally. To kick off the series we’ll start with our popular sausage-making class and invite you to join us as we celebrate the art of Charcuterie! Chef Joe Rueter has created an educational, delicious and worthwhile class that will teach guests how to make several kinds of sausage from one of our heritage breed pigs. You'll enjoy a yummy lunch (featuring some of the just-made sausage), all paired perfectly with Quivira’s Zinfandels and Rhone-style wines. You’ll even get to take some of your culinary creations, as well as the recipes, home with you.
