Event Description

This three hour course deconstructs actual crimes to examine criminal thinking, strategies and methods and the knowledge, actions and mindset that will help you avoid becoming a victim. Using actual cases, participants will evaluate situations and behavioral signs that could indicate serious threats.  You'll learn how to assess and in some cases alter environmental and personal factors that increase the odds of becoming a target, some common predator ploys, and the vital role of intuition in crime prevention, including how to interpret its signals.

Reservations are strongly advised.

Instructors: Dan Leitner, a licensed private investigator, and Roz Potter, a master’s prepared educator and emergency readiness teacher.
