Event Description

The Interior Design Society Wine Country Chapter together with Sponsor Rotary Club of Rohnert Park/Cotati presents the Designers Showcase 2011 at Fox Hill Estate in Kenwood on May 12-15 and May 19-22, 2011.

The Interior Design Society (IDS), a national organization founded in 1973, is the largest design organization exclusively dedicated to serving the residential interior design industry. The Showcase Home is owned and built by Reiter Fine Home Building who have created an exquisite European-Style Farm House that features reclaimed architectural elements from Europe that have been expertly merged with eco-friendly building materials. Reiter Fine Home Building brings a unique combination of construction expertise and design aesthetic which results in an authentic, richly detailed estate. The public can view 10 professionally designed spaces by IDS designers in this 4,500-square-foot home and an 800 square-foot guest house.

The purchase of a ticket allows entry into the Designer Showcase House open Thursday through Sunday from 11 am to 4:30 pm on May 12-15 and May 19-22. Tickets are $25.00 at the door. Event parking is at the Chateau St. Jean Winery 8555 Sonoma Highway in Kenwood on the days of the event.Proceeds from this year's Showcase House benefit United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay, The Boys and Girls Clubs and The Kenwood Education Foundation.
