Exchange Bank Welcomes Mortgage Loan Consultant Tom Stark

Santa Rosa, CA – (September 6, 2018) - Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) announces the hiring of Tom Stark as the newest member of their Residential Mortgage team. Tom has been in the mortgage industry since 1992 and will help expand mortgage lending within Sonoma and Marin Counties. Tom’s focus will be to work with local realtors and homeowners to offer Exchange Bank’s home loan and construction programs in those areas.

Tom comes to Exchange Bank from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he spent eight years as a loan consultant and sales manager.  Prior to that, he held positions with Prospect Mortgage, The Cal Bay Mortgage Group, North American Mortgage Company and IMCO Realty Services where he gained a wealth of experience in underwriting, sales and management.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University in 1991 with a minor in Communication Studies. He enjoys participating in local community fundraising events and supports high school sports through sponsorship and advertising.
