LEAP SOLUTIONS GROUP ANNOUNCES HIRING OF JUDY COFFEY AS LEADERSHIP COACH AND MENTOR
Santa Rosa, CA—Leap Solutions Group, Inc., is pleased to announce the hiring of Judy Coffey as Leadership Coach and Mentor. Judy brings to Leap Solutions more than 25 years of leadership experience with Kaiser Permanente, where she spent the last 15 years overseeing two hospital operations, 16 medical offices and 5,000 employees as Chief Executive Officer for the Marin-Sonoma Service Area and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan.
Judy has a passion for growing seasoned and emerging leaders. Drawing on her extensive training in leadership, performance improvement and operational strategy development and implementation, she has skillfully mentored leaders across Northern California to enhance their skills in employee engagement, department management, effectivecommunication, emotional intelligence and much more. Judy looks forward to sharing her expertise with Leap Solutions clients.
Known for her compassion and commitment to community, Judy serves on the boards of many county, state and national affiliations, including Verity Advisory Board, Empire College Board, Workforce Investment Advisory Board, United Way of the Wine Country Board and Women’s UnitedWay Board, and the American Heart Association Western States Affiliate Board. Judy has proudly been recognized with a Women in Business award, 2017 North Bay Community Leader Award, 2018 North Bay Nonprofit Leadership Award and the “Kaiser Permanente Hero” award for successfully evacuating the Santa Rosa hospital during the 2017 wildfires.
